Information processed

Account details, authentication information, circle membership and member-reported activity are processed to provide the service. Subscription payment processing is provided through Stripe; AjoLoop does not store full payment-card details.

Why it is processed

Information supports authentication, circle administration, service notifications, customer support, fraud prevention and operational security.

Sharing and retention

Circle information is accessible according to member roles and permissions. Technical service providers may process data to operate the platform. Retention periods and international transfers must be specified in the final legally reviewed notice.

Your rights

Signed-in members can download a copy of their data and delete their account from the Profile page. When an account is deleted, its name, email, mobile number and password are erased; past circle records remain as "Former member" so other members’ statements stay accurate, and paid invoices are kept for accounting. Within a circle, members see the reports they made and those for their own payout turn; organisers see all of the circle’s records.
